Some one to listen...?
I'm going to graduate 8th grade tomorrow(June 11,2010) and I'm moving on to high school...As you can see, I'm going through a very emotional time here..Haha you should listen to the music I'm listening to at the time... I've know most of these ppl for over half my entire life!(k-8) Now we are going our own ways, never to be together as a group again!...(sigh) but I know it's another step in life... and I must move on...
P.S. I know that I put this in R&P...!
MQ: What's some of your best high school memories?grade school memories?
MQ2: This is normal..right?!

I've left Year 11 now (I live in the UK, school is compulsory until you finish Year 11 at 15/16). I'm going back to 6th Form (Year 12) in September (you do 4 subjects of your choice there, they're AS levels and then you do A levels in Year 13 - in case you don't know lol) so I haven't left completely. I thought it was quite sad leaving as I'm most likely not going to see the majority of those people again because they've applied at different colleges, or are going to leave completely and go on the dole.
MQ: Some that come to mind: My friend getting drunk and having to get her stomach pumped (in Year 9), seeing one of my, then, best friends after I hadn't seen her in ages (in Year 8), a girl in my class running in telling us that someone had sh*t all over the stairs a few months ago, which was funny at the time (I go to an all girls school by the way lol).
MQ2: The better question is "what is normal?". ( =

Im graduating from 8th too! Yes, it's normal too feel a bit sad about leaving such things behind, but just think about the good things that will happen in high school... whatever they might be. My best memory in middle school is probably when we had our field day... we got to throw water balloons at the teachers! ... and they got throw some at us too!! LOL! that was fun :) hahaha, right now I'm listening to no such thing by agent orange. Good Luck!!! :D

Man, I had similar issues...just before going to middle school, I ended up parting with my best friend at that time due to school districting issues...even though the school my friend went to was closer for me, I was sent to a brand new middle school...and I haven't seen him since. It really sucks to see some people leave so soon...and facebook never existed back then so I could not communicate with him.
MQ: High school eh, well, one time, my friend attempted to make me late for a class...fun times.
MQ2: Of course it is...it'll happen again when high school comes

seeing as how fb exists now i bet you and your friends will stay connected for a very long time...
plus people change in high school so chances are you won't be friends with some of them anyways.
