Which school is better for me?

So I'm deciding between University of Texas at Austin or Texas State in San Marcos. I'm double majoring in PR and Spanish. UT has a better reputation however their Spanish program sucks in comparison to TX ST. In a way I want to go to UT just to say I went there however I think my degree plan will be easier (and better when it comes to spanish) at TX ST.

Which should I go to?

Update:

I actually have a plan set out with this degree. I didn't ask what I could do with my degree. I asked a question about schools.

What will you do with this degree in Spanish and PR?

    Work at Taco Bell?

The market is swamped with new graduates who have cheap degrees in PR/Communications and Spanish. Many of them end up in the burrito business...

Reputation means everything with a college degree. A future employer is going to look at a school's overall reputation. He or she will probably be unaware that the Spanish program sucks. You need to go to UT. Besides, you'll get out of your Spanish class whatever you put into it.

Probably you should focus more in what college has a better PR than Spanish program. As a native Spanish speaker who studies Advertising, I can tell you that it doesn't matter how good your school is, the only way for an American to learn proper accentuation and grammar is by going to a Spanish speaking country. I haven't meet someone who speaks properly any language just by going to school.

And for the ignorant who answer before, there is a bigger demand vs offer for bilingual people in the U.S. than even before in the Communications world. I can say that the chances of getting a job grow in the industry by 40% just because someone is bilingual. So, shut up and continue pursuing your "Game Designer Degree" in ITT Tech.
