So I'm deciding between University of Texas at Austin or Texas State in San Marcos. I'm double majoring in PR and Spanish. UT has a better reputation however their Spanish program sucks in comparison to TX ST. In a way I want to go to UT just to say I went there however I think my degree plan will be easier (and better when it comes to spanish) at TX ST.

I have a rice cooker and it makes white rice just fine! I'm having trouble cooking brown rice though. I'm using the same ratio I do with the white rice, it just isn't coming out the same. Any tips?
