Are there any blonde hair, blue eyed men from Kabul?

there have but you still can tell they are not american or european. they tend to have different facial features than the white people from europe and their hair mostly curly and get darker when they are older. their blue eyes tend to come in hazel blue or blue green rather than aqua blue. however, the only blonde hair and blue eyed middle east that look very european tend to find among the kurdish in eastern europe. ( they got european admixture)

You probably won't blend in but there are plenty of blue eyed blondes in the Middle East.
