Yes! I got grounded last week and i got my ipod taken away and yesterday my parents said i wasnt grounded anymore and the first thing i did was listen to my ipod. It was torture without my ipod.

yes. I actually have to have my "music fix" sometimes. I love to put on the headphones, and crank it up. My kids always tell me to turn it down in our vehicle, and I tell them, "If it's too loud, you're too old !
