How to lose weight fast?
So school is over and I want to lose weight so that when we go back to school I look better (:
I already lost more than 35 pounds in like less than 3 months..
I want to lose more weight my goal is 120 pounds. I'm 15. I drink meal replacements from Herba Life.One in the morning to replace breakfast. and for lunch i have a salad and a fruit and water. later on i eat veggies or an apple. i dont eat dinner. i do exercise i go hiking/walking mon-fri and on the weekends i go to the park and run for an hour in the morning. i also dance :)
so what else can i do to help me reach my goal? is what im eating healthy? should exercise more? what types of food to eat?

You seem to be eating perfectly and exercising plenty. Maybe try a change from cardio exercises (cos you'd build up your tolerance - that's the wrong word but cant think of the right one and you catch my drift..) to more toning exercises - like yoga, Pilate's ect.
But you seem to be doing brilliantly.
