Hi guys, 7weeks 1day pregnant?
My cheddar cheese says made with cows milk but does not specify if this milk was pasterised or not??? Its clover by the way, do you guys think its safe to eat? Oh ya is it also safe to use a vitamin A enriched face cream on your face as vitamin A is not good for pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy so am very clueless any help will be greatly appreciated

look on the ingredients...it should pasteurized....mine does...as for the face cream I don't know...but here's what google says...http://www.ehow.com/how_4494042_use-vitamins-face....
