How does a person maintain the same mood 24/7?
I know someone like this. Always happy, always busy. Never sad or angry. Doesn't like emotional discussion or display or talk of spirituality. Superficial but very pleasant. No drugs (no kidding!). What the heck is that about?

I know a girl like this too. What I would say is that these people simply hide their true feelings very well. They are easily distracted by daily duties and don't think about their emotions so much. When they get home or are alone they probably think about things and things probably put them in bad moods but they don't like to show it to other people. It is impossible for someone to be in the same mood 24/7. They are just good at hiding emotions and prefer to avoid emotional conversations because they probably are afraid of expressing how they feel about things (other than superficially).

This person has mastered self-control and optimism. I assure you - they have rough times just like the rest of us but, with maturity, they choose to persevere despite and not subject others to angry outbursts or childish behaviors. Oh that we all could do the same - what a peaceful world it would be! Moody people are so hard to deal with.

When a person is always happy, don't trust them. That's what I was always told. So, my advice is the are hiding something, maybe their true feelings, or some secret.
