my small brother who always checking system, without knowing about computer so he disable the service setting from manage then service and application.he disableny everything from that ,list.
Now i cannot make any changes in my computer even cd drive also not working it saying that
------THE SERVICE CANNOT BE STARTED EITHR BECAUSE IT IS DISABLE OR IT HAS NO ENABLE DEVICE ASSOCIATION WITH IT.PLEASE HELP ME SOME ONE THANK YOU.you are the best to me in the world.

I suggest you reinstall you system and install AyRecovery Professional on your computer, then you no worry about how your brother will config it, and you always could backup it to the point you want even if you could not login to the system.

System Restore. Use it.
Take your computer back to a day before the day your brother messed it up.
