why don't receive emails from specific people in my address book? Their mail doesn't make it to spam either.?
Sometimes my emails are not received, but currently I am not receiving critical emails from a colleague. What the ???? How do I fix this?

If the emails from your colleague aren't even making it into your Spam folder---then they are using an incorrect address--OR--(most probably) you have blocked them (accidentally). Check your blocked list.
Mail page>>options>>mail/more options>>Spam (from the list on the left)>>block addresses.
IF you find their address on that list>>click on it>>click "remove block">>THEN click "save changes".
