I have yet to buy the arid mesa, scalding tarn, and 3 of the kargan dragonlord... Before i do i wanted to make sure it would be worth it. These were my first impressions: For rdw, I would say that Ball Lightning is another optional card. Hell's Thunder is certainly useful. My only problem with your version of rdw is that you rely heavily on Goblin Bushwhacker's haste effect, and that Kiln Fiend, Kargon Dragonlord, and Plated Geopede are both highly vulnerable without haste. Maybe Hellspark Elemental would be useful as well. I also prefer Burst Lightning to Staggershock in this deck. Staggershock is much more of a control card than it is an aggro card.
I then went and built the rdw deck, using Hellspark Elemental instead of Kargon Dragonlord, and played against a RW creature control deck (2-1 for rdw) and a GR fatty ramp (1-2 loss for rdw). These were my impressions:
-Goblin Bushwhacker is incredibly variable in the help it provides. You could combo with Devastating Summons for 3 mana (sac 3 lands) and deal 10 damage that turn, and more later. However, the Bushwhacker is useless afterwards and is hard to combo with Kiln Fiend (you need 5+ mana to drop Kiln Fiend, a Bolt, and Bushwhacker kicked). For this deck to run, you need Bushwhacker, but it's hard to be able to set it up correctly.
-You also could have used a few more Bolt-type effects, since I found that you have to keep your opponent's field absolutely free of creatures to win.
-Hellspark Elemental worked fabulously in this deck. It was incredibly fast and dealt good damage, and benefitted greatly from Teetering Peaks and Bushwhacker.
-You have a lot of 2-drops, and some (Bushwhacker) need to be dropped with other creatures to have maximum impact. Maybe you want to change this, but it's your call.
I also ran my rdw deck against both opponents (2-1 win for rdw against RW control, 2-0 win for rdw against GR ramp), where I used 4 Ball Lightning, 3 Elemental Appeal, 3 Earthquake, and 2 more Burst Lightning instead of Plated Geopede, Goblin Bushwhacker, and Devastating Summons. I was surprised that this deck ran better, but that might have been partly due to my version's maindeck use of Earthquake (RW control ran fairly few creatures like Plated Geopede and Kiln Fiend and the GR ramp ran lots of elves, making both susceptible to field nukes). Also, the speed probably was a huge factor. My version has only Kiln Fiend without haste, and he usually became a zap magnet, while yours uses several creatures without haste. Your deck needs more removal, though. There wasn't enough removal to keep GR ramp's creatures away always, and once that deck gets Pelakka Wurm out, rdw decks can't do much.
I would not try to run a vampire deck right now. They're annoyingly common and I would guess that rdw would win most of the time. Everyone is going to expect vampires, and sideboard accordingly, so playing something slightly more unorthodox would be more effective.
This was actually a fun experiment to perform, and my rdw deck improved. I hope yours does, too!

ok actual the only deck which could save you under $70 and winning you tournaments is dark worlds and you will could purchase 3 systems. additionally in case you wanna provide six samurais a shot the hot shape deck could be sufficient, purchase 3 and purchase a Six Samurai Shi En and your set. MTG i don't be conscious of because of the fact frankly that isn't my uniqueness
