So what should i do? :/?

so me and my bf are gonna be 8 months next week and well i really love him i do..but summer is practically here, school is out in three days and i really dont want to get in trouble during summer you know doing something im not suppossed to do since i have a boyfriend..but i dont want to break up with him..but it's not like im gonna do something stupid so he could break up with me cus i dont want that..i do want to spend the rest of my life with him but right now i just want space you know? And i dont know how to tell him..it's gonna probably break his heart..but i dont want it to be over, i just want a little break you know..so if you guys can just help me out on how to tell him please, any advice you can give me..please help me and thank youu..(:
