Hello all, I have been a yelper for a couple of years now, and this is the first situation I have where the business owner has started accusing me of being a scam, and getting paid to write a bad review. He is a gutter cleaning company and he came to my home got on a ladder looked at my gutters and started with excuses on why he couldn’t clean my gutters. First excuse was leaves are too wet. Second excuse was gutters are 2-3 inches wide wouldn’t be able to get it done. Then said you guys are better off doing them on your own. As a gutter cleaning company you would think those two things wouldn’t be an issue so yes I left a bad review upset he couldn’t clean them and stated the reasons why he couldn’t. I left the review right away and now all of a sudden 10 months later he decides to go on my yelp review and comment & accuse me saying I am a scam and I got paid to write this bad review and is also accusing me now that I have been found to “solicit reviews” which is all untrue.  He is trying to discredit my profile of real legitimate reviews that I feel will impact real good businesses and I don’t like that. I give credit where credit is due and this young man cannot take that 1 star review for his life. I have reported his comment to Yelp support but was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this and what was usually the resolution or outcome? 

Hello, I have a 2nd grade child who is currently doing distance learning. His district has sent us a survey of two choices and I would like to hear your opinions and which one you would pick if it was you. 

First choice - full time distance learning meaning he can potentially & I believe most likely will get re-assigned to another teacher. I like this choice because of the consistency it will have without worrying school closing down for 14 days because someone had close contact to covid etc.,

Second choice - 2x a week my child goes to school full day and the other three days would be remotely from home which seems like we will get work from teacher to do those 3 days. I like this choice because my son will get to socialize with other students. 

Which choice would you pick and why? Thanks!

I am beyond frustrated! It took me a while to get everything situated with day care for my son since there was only 1 spot left. So, now that he s been in daycare for 2 weeks & 1 day (NOT including weekends) my son has been getting home with ugly looking scratches! To the point where you can t touch him because it will hurt & burn. He s got 4 incident reports in 11 days being in day care and not to mention 2 days he wasn t there due to being sick so actually 9 days in day care and 4 incident reports!? Common! I m paying for my son to be token care of and I feel they are definitely not doing that. I had spoke to the supervisor today about how he has had 3 incident reports and today he came worse then the rest of the other days it s ridicolous, pathetic, and feels like my son is being bullied what can I do!?

So, first of all we are a young couple. We are 20 years old with a 1 year old baby. I moved with him at his parents house & we'll he never wants to help with my son. I'm a full time student I am taking currently 5 classes this semester & he stopped working for about a couple days he was working 5 hours the most. Anyways, every time I ask him to help with our son he always tells me to stop bugging him that I'm annoying even when he doesn't work he doesn't wanna help. When he would work I would NOT tell him to help me and when I ask him to help me with him I tell him ATLEAST ONE HOUR. Am I seriously asking for a lot!? All day today he's been chillin playing video games and just on his phone while I have been a good mother is it wrong for me to ask him to do his part atleast one hour? I'm just sick and tired of it he NEVER wants to help and when he does it's for not even 30 minutes I feel that's just pathetic I try and give him credit for even those 30 minutes but really it's just annoying that even when he holds him he's coming around me and I'm still somehow helping him. I moved in here for him to do his part in parenting and for him to provide which he hasn't don't either I've been providing for myself & him I'm just tired of it 😞 what should I do?

He's in probation &he's still smoking marijuana. We have a 3 month old baby & he can get locked up if he continues to show dirty in his drug tests I dont want to be with a guy who can't even stop blazing knowing he has a son & a gf that live with him & how its gonna affect them. what should I do?/: he doesn't listen I've tried everything & he still continues , should I leave him over that??

Okay so me and this guy just broke up, & i told him that we should just take a break. Won't get into detail, but yeah we broke up just today, and here he goes adding this girl that he was gonna cheat on me with, and then he added my ex ..how weird is that?
