Yes you should kick him to the curb. If he would rather smoke weed as opposed to being a responsible father to your child, then he needs to go. You can do better than him. You have to do better than him.
It is quite obvious that he refuses to grow up. Do you want to subject your child to the negative environment that he brings doing drugs and running afoul of the law? If the answer is no, then he has to go. Give him all the freedom he wants to weed up. It is rather sad he loves drugs more than you and his child.

Maybe its not addiction but simply he enjoys? Would you feel the same way if it was cigarettes? Only real reason marijuana is illegal as it would seriously hurt the tobacco industry. Its less harmful and less addictive then alcohol and tobacco.
If he was doing it when you first met him and maybe before you then you don't really have a right to expect him to stop. Just relax unless he's constantly all day long smoking. As long as he can do his job as a BF, father, and future husband (assuming go there) that is what matters.
Plus Marijuana is on the verge of being legalized in numerous states.

i take it blazing means hes smoking so much grass his job / school/ rehab prospects are currently heading towards zero ?
tell him he either goes or stays in / attends rehab or narcotics anon regularly or you go and if you're paying the rent / signed the lease make him leave cos it sounds like he needs a shock to get him to clean up his act!

Yourve already answered your own question with 'I don't want to be with a guy who can't (not willing to) stop blazing' . He thinks only of himself..time to think only bout what's best for you and your baby.
