Hey all taking a class and I need input from all of you if you could just take a min look at the menu and choose one thing off each list you would eat and place it in a comment underneth that would be agreat help. Thanks :)

Tho I'm not a big eater, I'll bite.
deep fried okra...rather have ranch dressing with it, not hot sauces
chicken fried steak, garlic (would prefer plain) mashers or wedges with gravy and fried okra or grilled veggies
peach cobbler NO SAUCE...don't ruin a good thing...maybe some vanilla ice cream
apple crisp NO SAUCE...just ice cream again
too many sauces with everything. Need a raw veggie tray for appe teasers as everything is deep fried.
three porks, two chicken and a beef. Nothing roasted or healthy in this menu.
Can't complain much on the choice of sides, but I would make potato just one choice with a choice of how it's done....wedge, mashed or baked. Roasted root veggies would also be a good addition to collard greens and grilled veggies.

For appetizer, I'd order the Southern fried chicken strips,
the Hickory smoked hotlink sandwich for an entree,
Baked mac and cheese with potato wedges as a side,

I would order the deep fried okra, hand pulled pork sandwich with bbq sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, and peach cobbler.
These are some foods i actually like to eat. YUM!
