PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY NEED HELP!!!?
Summer vacation will be starting this wednesday for me. Im a 13 year old girl 5 ft and i currently weigh 115. i want to use this summer to lose 15 - 20 pounds. I REALLY want to lose weigh and i have set my mind to do so starting this wednesday. I Know that eating healthy helps but i would like some recipes some i could try 'em and i as well need some really good exercises to lose some belly fat(to make my waist smaller) to make my arms smaller and as well as my thighs (smaller) As i said before i REALLY REALLY want to lose weight please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know someone who is 5 ft and around that age. They definitely don't need to lose weight, which I'm sure you don't either. But as a teenage girl I know you probably won't listen anyways. Just to say again, you don't need to lose weight. If you go down to 100 or even 95 that will be severely underweight and unhealthy. Especially at your age since you are still growing.
But if you want to shed a FEW pounds I suggest just eating healthy. Drink lots of water, no junk food or pop, fruits and vegetables. In order to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you take in. So try going for a run every day and watching your calories. Also, yoga helps. It tones the body. If you look at a lot of yoga practitioners and you see their body's are very toned and beautiful. Exercise and water is the key.
Good luck, but don't lose too much weight. (Guys aren't fond of girls who have no meat on them!)

A, your 13
B, you weigh 115
C, your trying to loose too much weight.
ok, this is what you need to do. stop worrying about your weight. the reasons models and celebertys look so skinny is because they have drug problems.
at your age you shouldnt be so concerned with how you look. if you loose any more weight your just gonna scare guys away because there gonna think you have an eating disorder and girls with eating disorders are normally wacko
just do some sit ups and some jumping jacks. you shouldnt worry about arm fat or thigh fat. guys like that and its part of being a women. as far as your stomach and waste your fine. at 115 pounds the only way you could be anywhere close to over weight is if you where 4 and a half feet tall...
just so you know, guys dont like skin and bones.

im not even joking but try kung fu everyday
it REALLY helped me
espesilly the Qi Gong
but other than that just run as much as you can and drink a whole lot of water everyday
do this everyday and you results will have a :) on it

You're thirteen. Your images of a good body are warped.
Don't try to lose any more than 5.
If you lost 20, you would look amaciated.

hunny you should love your body GOD made you special you are great just the way you are :) and also you are very petite loosing weight shouldnt even cross your mind.
...love your self the way you are if you dont then who will. [think about it]
