Yes you do. If your Mom doesn't want to give you her cc I suggest you go buy one of those pre-paid Visa or Mastercard's that you can get basically anywhere (Walmart, Best Buy, CVS, Wallgreens).

you have to give itunes your credit card information just to be able to get any sorts of apps, games, and songs, even if they are free.

no you don't if you want to have an account without entering your credit card info just select free games and it will ask you for an account and then register under the billing info select ''none''

yeah because it will charge $1 every free download to make sure the card is valid but you will be refunded the $1

yea because u have to set up a account and they bill every thing to u so even free stuff goes to the reciept
