I'll just comment on the first names since the middle ones have meaning

Bethany Avril - Never liked this name. I much prefer similar Stephanie or just Beth. Bethany doesn't work for me.

Delainey Suzanne - This is misspelled. The name is Delaney and it's an unfeminine surname. I don't get the appeal of naming a baby girl this name at all.

Samuel Edward - Always liked the name Samuel. It's strong and masculine and Sam is a cute nickname.

Thaddeus John - Not a fan. I don't like the name Tad which will surely be the nickname and Thaddeus is not nice sounding, it sounds pretentious.

    Bethany Avril - I'd give it a 9/10 because I love Bethany.

Delainey Suzanne - I don't like this at all. I hate last names as first names and adding an I doesn't make it cute.

Samuel Edward - I like this.

Thaddeus John - Both of your boy names are fine.

Bethany Avril is a perfectly nice name

Delainey should probably be spelled "Delany" and Suzanne is quite old fashioned.

Smaual Edward is too old fashioned.

Thaddeus?? No way. Take it from someone with an unusual name (i.e. me) my name is really uncommon, and I've grown up hating it.

    John is way too boring

Boys names like Ashton, Ethan, Dominic are nice. Try a baby names site. Search "baby names" on Google

I like them all - but I'd spell it "Delaney".
