Why are so few media outlets reporting on Pelosi's $18K+/mth office?
She is spending almost twice as much as the next most expensive office, over $18K a month of Taxpayer money, just for her office. In light of how much the American people are hurting financially these days, shouldn't this kind of excessive spending be bigger news? All I can seem to find is feel good stories about Dems or how the Reps are cheating.
Find the story yourself, those that have seen it know, those that haven't probably wouldn't look anyways.
Edna - Over 3000 sq ft, and over $18,000 dollars a month. That is waste. Plain and simple. She's been doing the same crappy job in an office 1/3 smaller all this time. Why upgrade now when money is tight for everyone and the budget is so far underwater?
As stated 'g' look it up yourself. Anytime someone posts any links here, they are called biased. Find it yourself, should be public record if you don't trust what you find.

To Edna - these offices are located in San Francisco not D.C....she does not need all that space in California for her to preform her duties in the House!
Because if the truth were to be known to what the lame stream media refer to as "uneducated average Americans"
They would realize just how Nancy has set herself up as Queen Nancy.
Nancy is spending more just on office space a month, is more then some of the "average" people who actually work make in a year...............just how much she is spending on staff, protection detail, cost of plane ride to California and office supplies would anger the average person...so they the lame stream media sweep it under the rug when it should be making nation headlines, We the People (the taxpayer) are paying for this fleecing by the Speaker of the House, not her................................

You do realize it is traditional for the Speaker of the House to have about 3X the staff of a regular congressman right? Every Speaker has had a huge office for the past 200 years, running the house isn't something you can do from the janitors closet.
