the car when i try to turn it on doesnt make a click noise so it is not the starter also when i turn the key the power is on i noticed that the hole where you put the key is pushed in how do i fix it and what do i need to do

need much more info. u have power? lights come on? do they dim when u try to crank? does the starter click? if not it may not be getting power.

It is probably the ignition switch.
But you did not tell us the kind of car, so we can't tell you how to replace it.
