A little back story. My fiancé and I have been together for 3 years and engaged for one. We don't have any kids together but I do have a daughter and she has a son. We have everything together a car, a house, everything... We are basically married without the paperwork.

I found out Monday night that she cheated on me on Saturday night. I had already had my suspicions it was going on (late night phone calls, lying about what she was doing, hiding a friend I knew had feelings for her).

I found out by messages through Facebook. She states that she cheated on me to push me away and that she wanted me to find out that's why the messages were left there (she has deleted all other messages of lying and hiding to go hang out with the "friend" I was suspicious of her cheating me with). I immediately broke down wanting to fix it. I told her that if she really wanted to leave she can leave but she really needs to think about what she really, really wants (she is the type of person who will take actions without really thinking about the consequences).

Our relationship was in a bad place when it happened. Mostly on her end. She never talked about her issues and she has had a rough past.

My fiance got into a car accident 2 days ago. The other person is at fault for the accident for turning left without yielding to my fiance. We only had liability, so the other guys insurance is taking care of the rental car, care repair, and my fiances chiropractor visits because she has back and neck pain. They are also going to fix the car. Should she ask for anything for pain and suffering? She is only going to miss about 10 hours of work so far and hasn't gotten the xray back from the chiro to see how long she is going to have to be going. I also had to miss work today to help with getting to and from appointments as well as fax over info to both insurances. The other guys has Allstate. Does anyone know what they policy is or has been through them in a similar situation? I have never been in this situation before so i don't know if she should ask for cash on top of medical bills being paid, car rental and car being fixed.... Please help

Me and my ex established a joint legal custody arrangement for our daughter about 2 years ago in Arizona. We signed paper work with the courts that we both agree with this decision that she will have our daught Monday-Thursday afternoon and I will have her the other amount of time, but alot has happened within the last 2 years. My ex verbally gave me custody of my daughter since she was going to school and could not find sitters. She saw her maybe twice afterwards and then she took off after that for about 11 months to smoke meth. I filed for full custody about 3 months into the 11 months because the courts wanted me to serve her paper work. I didn't know where she was and had no way of contacting her so at about the 8 month mark I gave up. Since, she has come back for about 7 months now and is clean but she thinks that the previous agreement is in affect. I was also going over our previous minute notes and she did not take the appropriate class and pay the fee that was ordered by the court. With all this info my questions are: Did she void our previous parenting plan by not taking those court mandated things and for runninf off? I am in contempt of court because of this plan and my refusal to give her more than 1 day with her? Do parenting plans ever expire or have to be renewed? Do I need to file for new court order.

I'm not strapped for money but i do have quite a bit of credit card debt and would like to fix my credit score. My credit score is low 600 due to high balances on cards and a few past due statuses like 4 years ago. I have about 10k in credit card debt but spread out on 6 cards and are all at limit. I would like to consolidate my debt to one payment. I know if i consolidate all this to one it would help my utilization by putting it into a installment loan. Does anyone know of a company that would lend to some one like me? Or should i just start to pay off one card at a time. I have about 750 i can pay off each month on card (includes min pays) so about 500 would be going to principal.... My girlfriend is kinda in the same boat as well only 2 cards but 6k debt... I would like to consolidate all the debt for us and make one simple payment each month... Please Help...

My car is leaking gallons of water a day. I have a leak somewhere but dont know if it is the pump or hose or what it is. I can't drive more than five miles without it like starting over heat and say it is out of water. When i put the water it i can see it already leaks. Also, when i leave a spot i can see it is like in a line and not all spotty wat is the problem and how do i fix?
