Designated Driver in Arizona?

If someone under the age of 21 acts as designated driver to someone who is intoxicated does the person under 21 get a DUI due to the fact they are driving someone who is drunk

    no.... as long as your not dinking... that law states that if you own the car and your drunk and allow someone else who is drunk to drive it for you.. then they can charge both occupants...but if your not drinking and are all legal, you are good to go and are merely a good semaratin.

    If you haven't been drinking, you can't be charged with a DUI.
