If Dale Sr. could walk through NASCAR Nation today, what would he say...?
about all things NASCAR - the rule changes. the points race, the changes in the cars, the drivers and Dale Jr. ( and what has happened with DEI).
Edit: I would really like to know what he felt about how his estate was handled.
@ "Beast" - You mentioned a consideration I forgot to include ...developments for drivers' safety. Thanks.
@ "Storm" - Thanks, I appreciate your response. I don't believe that his Will was as current as he would have liked it to have been.
@ Sonata - I didn't see your question on the board, but "Storm Bandit" did mention that smaller trusts would be set up for the children.
I would like to be able to hear the conversation with Brian France and Mike Helton.

Rule changes- this ain't the sport I drove in. They're taking away the roots of racing (until the 'boys have at it kicked in this year- he'd like that)
Points race- This ain't a battle for a championship anymore. They turned the first 26 races into a sideshow and made it about a ten race season. They weren't thinking when they came up with the Chase.
Cars- Cars are okay, but they're not really as even as they said they'd be.
Drivers- Most of these guys are a bunch of silly pansies that think they deserve everything on a silver platter, talking about 'give me room to race' or 'you ain't bein' fair.' If you're gonna complain, then you just shouldn't race.
Dale Jr.- He's not doing his job. That ain't the discipline he had ten years ago. He needs to man up and race even harder.
DEI- That's just bull****.
-Dale Earnhardt wouldn't like the sport overall today; he'd barely recognize it, probably say it 'got too big for its britches.'

Heck yeah it brings extra beneficial than basically tears. He replaced into between the final, and because his passing NASCAR has in no way been the comparable. diverse the adjustments have been stable others not so stable. I firmly have self belief that if he replaced into nevertheless here right now Toyota does not be in NASCAR. yet I additionally ponder whether the extra secure barriers may be in place. I additionally ponder whether the cot may be in use. i'm unable to describe how lots my spouse and that i omit vast E. He replaced right into a hell of a motive force. Hell of a father, and between the main being concerned individual in motor activities. yet I additionally think of that we as followers might desire to undergo in recommendations this, and circulate on. That i think of is what he might choose. He replaced right into a motive force and that's what drivers do. Hero's are remembered, yet Legends in no way die. nicely Sr, replaced into the two he will continually be undergo in recommendations by utilising the followers. And the legend of The Intimidator will stay for ever. final lap, final turn, final genuine Hero.

His Estate was handled per his Will. I infer, if he was still alive a Codicil would be in order giving 100% of DEI to Junior to run. Personally, I would have set up one huge Revocable Trust if I were him and had a pour over will leaving all the Revocable Trust and then in the Revocable Trust has little Trusts set up for all the kids and put DEI in Trust for Dale Jr, with Dale Jr and Kelly as Trustees. Though spousal election (could be taken) depending on the State for Theresa (certain %) I would have left her a certain % of the Residuary Estate (what is left over after all bequests are filled) and put that % of the Residuary estate in a Spousal trust for her with Teresa and someone's else as the Trustee.
Hope that helps on the Estate factor of your question...
Then..I agree with 96% of what Nitro said.

he would say what happened? this isn't racing, this is madness what happened to the manners and the courtesy. i know he wasnt all that nice on the track but he was more of a man than 95% of the drivers in NASCAR.

He would say that Dale Jr. would have won a championship.
He would make DEI a championship contender.
So yes, he would say all of these.
