Can we get married in Oregon?
I am engaged and my Feonce Is from Mexico. He is here On a permit that is expired for almost 1 year. Is there a way we can get married Without him having to go to Mexico for a new permit? Anyone know of some Law Ferms in Oregon that deal with this?
He is Not here because he is trying to do what all u *** wholes think he is... He has his Masters in Psycology and i am pregnant He wants to take care of me. I am from the US .... So **** all u haters i just need ppl that arent gonna talk **** bout this question thank you

You can get married just fine you just go and do it like everyone else as long as he has ID and there is no other reason you two would not be able to legally get married. As for him staying in the country you'll have to apply like everyone else, it may be possible to do it with him remaining the country but he may have to go back for a while. Him being here illegally is not going to go over so well, I would definitely seek legal advice. Open a phone book.
