(Guys) What would you think if a girl wrote you a note like this?

I want to write a note to the guy I like.. nothing crazy, but people in my english class say I like him, and they think I flirt a lot (I just tease/sometimes annoy him, I don't even think it counts as flirting!), and I dunno what he thinks.. so I kinda wanna let him know that I like him, but subtly.. I wanna write a note that says :

- (Insert his name here)

Hey! Don't 4get me over the summer!! :)

-(Insert my name here)

What would you think if a girl wrote you a note like that?

Thanks.. but i wanted to know if you'd think she liked you.. or if it was too obvious.

    Depends on the girl, but generally very hot!

    If i was the guy i would love it, but i would be annoyed with the 4, why not just put forget?
