What is the nutritional content of pesto? Not just the calories, but is it high in fat, carbs, sugar, or salt, etc- if made FRESH with a recipe like this [http://www.pickyourown.org/pesto.php]. In short, is it a good substitute for more unhealthy flavors, like thick pasta sauces or mayo?
