Muscle recovery drinks?

Would anyone like to name a few muscle recovery drinks that have a 4:1 (carbohydrate to protein) ratio. Im currently looking for a supplement after I work out that is pretty effective.

    Chocolate Milk is the best recovery drink.

    Most of those other drinks exaggerate their nutrient claims(not FDA regulated) and are over priced.

    holy sh!t!!! i was looking for something like that and i found the perfect thing! a peanut butter and fluff sandwich with a glass of milk! Wheat bread+pb+fluff=like, 40 carbs and 9gs of protien. and the milk has about, 8 gs of protien and the carbs vary by what % fat you like, (i drink skim) so id say thats good, but i eat that almost every day about 2-3 hours before my workout and eat a high protein meal or drink a Met-Rx shake about 20 min. after... a 4:1 ratio, i found, is hard to supply much protien without like, 75% of your daily value of carb. so a 3:1 or 2:1 might be better... maybe just drink like, a gatorade an hour or 2 before? thats my opinion, and it works for me... ive gained about 12lbs in 3 months

    yeah chocolate milk is the best. but dont rely on supplements to do all of the work. thats all they are, supplements to your diet. ON 100% whey is a really good whey protein product.

    chocolate milk it has gone through many studies and is proven to be just as good as all the expensive mixes and even better!
