Problems with a '92 Dodge Caravan?

It's an automatic transmission '92 Caravan, the manual is for Dodge Caravans, Plymouth Voyagers, and Chryslet T&C Minivans years '84 thru '95. Here are the symptoms I'm experiencing:

Immediately after starting, after a few seconds of mobility or reaching anywhere from 10-15 MPH, the van loses all motor power. The engine can still be heard and is running, but from the sound it isn't providing any torque and is just spinning in place.

Only drive provides any sort of power; all other gears immediately cause the engine to lose power.

Any ideas? I'll provide more details as they come - just got back after limping all the way home.

Update:

Well, it seems like the transmission is slipping. The fluids seem to be fine, I'd even added more just after the problem began to be sure.
