Who are all of the teams that employ the 'trap'/'neutral zone trap' system?
I know for sure the New Jersey Devils, but who are the others?

The Devils do use the trap routinely, but pretty much every hockey team applies it at some point or another, depending on the situation. Most teams will employ the trap (or at least reduced forecheck pressure) to protect a lead toward the end of a game, or to attempt to stave off swings in momentum. Obviously, teams like the Caps, Pens, and 'Hawks don't rely on trapping as a general approach, but they will use it from time to time. Knowing when to transition into and out of a trap style (however briefly it was used) made Dan Bylsma a Cup winning coach the season before last, for instance. The Caps, from what I've seen, are the least inclined team to use that style of play at all (I can only recall a couple of specific instances where they were taking the proverbial foot off of the gas pedal to stop some momentum against them).

Very few teams still play the "trap" of the 90s outside of NJ/Minnesota/Montreal... the rule changes post-lockout regarding obstruction essentially killed the trap. A lot of teams that played the trap switched to the "Left Wing Lock" (or 2-1-2) system where the center and right wing perform an aggressive forecheck, driving the puck into the opposing team's right wing as the play progresses. The left wing drops back between the defenseman, allowing them to initiate zone defense while the left wing stops odd man rushes or east-west passes.

though many teams employ it at some time. except the hawks, who don't really play defense.
