Each Resident gets 6 votes in a suburban NY election because of a liberal activist judge. Why do libs do this?

Welcome to the Hussein Socialist States of Obama. It was the federal government that ordered that election to be conducted that way. Notice, only mexicans got 6 votes. Whites only got one vote. This is how Hussein is going to win in 2012 and 2016, and 2020, etc..

Not everything you do not like is unconstitutional, and this is a valid way to have people vote. The so called one man one vote decision by the Supreme court actually said that every one should have equal representation and one man six votes is equal.

In 1964, when a federal Court decision on redistricting state legislatures forced candidates for the Illinois House of Representatives to run on an at-large basis, and every voter had the number of votes equal to the number of seats in the Legislature.

NEW FLASH this is NOT unconstitutional. Everyone gets the same amount of votes, there is no discrimination as you are trying to suggest.

They are also not doing this in federal elections that are defined in the US Constitution.

If they wanted to drop marbles into a bag to vote for their city officials they are moe than free to choose this method of voting as long as they don't use this method in federal elections.
