help with transferring from iphone to pc?

hi my computer recently got a virus and had to be reformatted and ive been wanting to sync my iphone to my pc but if i do that everything on my iphone would be replaced (music, pictures, applications?)

so my question is how can i sync FROM my iphone TO my computer?

    you have to connect your pc to itunes, below devices, you will see you phone name, there is an arrow which you can click, from the a few tabs will drop music, photos, videos.etc you should be able to see all you files. you can select all, try copying it to another folder
