Is FactCheck.org affiliated with a political party or movement?
By this, I am asking if they are politically neutral, or if they tend to slant one way or the other.

Some will associate the Annenberg foundation with leftist/socialism.
However, Walter Annenberg was a billionaire, philanthropist, and a pretty well known Republican, friend of both Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan.
So, you just need to interpret the info and decide.
In general, it seems to recap the facts independently.

FactCheck.org is a non-partisan, nonprofit website that describes itself as a "'consumer advocate' for voters that aims to reduce the level of deception and confusion in U.S. politics." It is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, and is funded primarily by the Annenberg Foundation.
If you look at the site yourself and do a search for Obama, you'll find a bunch of stuff where they point out Obama being less than 100% truthful.
And some on the right say it's liberal because they debunk a lot of chain e-mails and other lies that are generally initiated by the right. That should only go to show their dedication to the truth, not dedication to political affiliation.

Notice how the conservative point out its liberal bias, but the liberals all say, "No, it's neutral." Could it be more clear that it's liberal? If it were neutral, each party would complain it's biased the other direction. Think about it.

Cons are the ones usually spouting hilarious lies that need to be debunked and spreading them around in chain emails, so that would make factcheck.org seem liberal upon first glance, but the truth does not have a bias even if cons feel as though it does.

When they catch a Democrat in a lie they are fair and credible but when they catch a Republican in a lie they are left-wing liberals.

Nearly all of the so-called "fact check" sites are run by dopey liberal kids who you wouldn't hire to weed your garden.
The Annenberg Foundation was hijacked by left-wing radicals.
