Yes, entirely possible, but they would be fraternal twins. Downs syndrome is not usually inheritable - just a random event (some types are inheritable but not very common). Sorry, don't know what A.F.S. is.

yes its possible! and i believe there is more chances of happening when they are fraternal twins...
