Weight Watchers program information question?

Today I attended an informational meeting for Weight Watchers at work, but the program will be cancelled due to not enough people.  I asked the woman leading it if new members were given some written information describing the program.  She said that for each of the first 10 weeks new members receive one "book" about an aspect of the program.  If I go to a community based WW meeting, will I get those?  Over 10 weeks?  What if I sign up for WW online?  My impression is that if I sign up for WW online, I don't receive any startup materials, just access to the website.

I can confirm that you do get a booklet each week for the first 10 weeks of weight watchers. I imagine the online one does something similar by emailing links or something, though you will not get hard copies of anything. Good luck!

I didnt do the meetings or the online program. I got the book of a friend and copied the pages with all the points off food on. Weight watchers is great But i would rather go to groups because then yoru not along your with other people trying to achieve the same thing.

you will recieve a book if you go to community meetings, yes.

If you sign up online, the website will have all the information you need but yes you're right, I don't think you get any start up materials.

that is so werid i went to weight watchers for 4 years iam from kansas and they give out start up packets and books  i lost 80lbs with weight watchers if you want here is their 1800 number give them a call and see whats up 18006516000 also her is their web site weightwatcher.com i hope i could help a little
