Does anyone else find Ron Artest's pimping his rap song in the post-game interview totally trashy?
A true champion isn't going to try and make another quick buck ten minutes after winning a game seven. You already make more money in a single year than most of us will see in our lifetimes - are you trying to make even more money, or are you such a narcissist that you think people really need to hear your take on the same theme that makes up 65% of current rap songs? You're no unique snowflake, just STFU.
(not a Celtics fan, just really nauseated with Artest's shameless huckstering)
I guess what I find most annoying is that the schlocky ABC sports "reporters" didn't bat an eyelash or call him out on it.

wow, such a pathetic question to be asked. the man was obviously excited that he won his first championship. he accomplished his dream. and the song is named "champion", therefore it has relevance to the situation in which in was interviewed. dont hate on ron. The man has worked hard and overcome much skepticism for some of the things he has done. let the man enjoy what he deservedly earned and stop micromanaging the details.

how dare you hate on what may be the greatest post game interview in the history of the nba. you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. i was disappointed he didn't give us a 30 second sample of his song and cannot wait for it to drop. in addition, it's not cool to use the word huckstering.
