Web Browser Page Problems?
It seems like when ever i get on the internet this weird thing happens like every couple, if not every other page but it loads up and if i scroll down the page looks like it smears whatever lines the bottom of the web page gets like stretched out and if i Scroll back up it smears up the top part of the page if i hide the browser and bring it back up its white and loading up Again, its starting to really annoy me because it happens on almost any page. youtube, myspace, yahoo, google searches and im worried something is really wrong. Is their a fix for this or is it some virus or an update is needed can someone help me please.
i downloaded the IE8 and it seems to work out well but i dont like this history and favorites add-on in the address bar can i turn this off so when i click the address bar it only shows the address to sites i typed in?

This is problem with older versions of Internet Explorer. You don't say what browser you're using, so I can only assume it's IE6, which is outdated and insecure. I haven't used IE for some time now, so I don't know if it's a current problem (but I assume it's been solved), so I suggest you download and install the latest version of IE, or download and install a different browser and use that for your day to day web browsing. I'd recommend Opera first, or Firefox if you don't like Opera. Both will import your bookmarks (favourites) from IE.
