leaky breasts, negative test?

My period is 6 days late, so I took a test. Negative result. I'm not on bc and I haven't been in over 2 years. My breasts are sore and 2 days ago a little bit of clear discharge started coming out of them. And they are bigger and perkier than before. Also, during sex a few days ago it was painful when he was all the way inside and it's never been painful before.

Well your breast shouldnt be lactating or engorged until after you give birth?? You should see your ob that might be serious!
