How can I convince my mom to let me buy an airgun/pellet gun?

Showing better judgement would be a good start.

Spending $250 for a piece of junk won't do it.

I would suggest getting your minor's license(12YO-17YO)

Well actually the limit is a muzzle velocity of 500fps "and or" a muzzle energy of 4.2ft-lbs.

But, if you get your license like I suggested then you can at least use a more powerful air rifle or firearm. >check out the RCMP site above for info

honestly i wouldnt spend the money on that gun. maybe its a good one but they claim its pushing the pellet at 450fps so its actualy probably more like 400. most airsoft guns shoot that fast. you may consider looking for one that shoots a bit quicker or just stick with the airsoft.

but as far as convincing her. tell her air rifles dont fill the back yard with billions of bright plastic little bbs. another thing is at least here in the U.S. but if you get good at shooting an air rifle you can compete in competitions and stuff. thats a lot better than playing videogames

the best explanation for this is it's a woman thing. my mama was the same way about my 1st true gun it took me 3 years im sorry to break it to you but usually its just best to go with what the woman says you just waste breath arguin let it go for now and stick with what you got the maybe she'll oughta let you get it or an even better one will come out!
