does boost mobile work upstate around rochester?

i am moving soon and don't wont to pay the extra for verizon

    Yes, It worked no problem when I was up state a few weeks ago. Boost is pretty good in the Contental US the only problem is there are some spots that are just dead zones. For example there are two blocks in my neighborhood just outside of Philly that do not get service for boost, this problem happens all over though. However, if you move around a little bit- sometimes a hundred yards or less service will kick in again. Something, huh?

    boost mobile has bad signal in general
