What is wrong with my graphic card?
I had a new computer built a few days ago. My graphic card started acting up yesterday. It use to work before, boots up alright. But now, every time I try to boot the computer up, the system restarts, and the graphic card doesn't boot on the second computer start.
SPECS:
CPU: Intel i7 930
MoBo: ASUS P6T
PSU: 650w
Graphic Card: ASUS EAH 4650 (ATI Radeon HD 4650) (Low Profile, doesn't have power connector.)
The card still gets warm during the first bootup, so the electricity is going through, but not the second time it starts. Is it because the graphic card is incompatible, fried, or just not enough electricity since it doesn't have it's own slot for power? It should not a problem with the PSU or the Mobo. I've tried using the jumper on my mobo to erase the CMOS settings, but no luck. I'm sure it's not a problem with slot on the mobo.
P.S. The mobo doesn't have a integrated graphic solution...
Any help?
P.P.S. Changing a software or remove my old graphic card or installing a driver is not an option! Please don't ask me if I can boot up the BIOS, cause I don't know. It's a Q&A anyway. I'm suppose to be the one asking the question...

You should remove the other graphics card if you aren't using it. Unless it's build into the motherboard. You'd need to go into the BIOS and be very careful. Look for Graphics adapter/card menu. They might have an option for Onboard or Automatic. Something like that. Can you connect the screen to the other graphics card and it works for your "second computer start"? If so, it is reverting to the other card. If you want both cards to work then you'll have to have crossfire cards. I never use 2 video cards so I wouldn't know for sure. Also, read your manual for your card!
