    lakukan kegiatan2 yg menyenangkan dan minum minuman yg bersifat stimulan sprti kopi dan teh,..

    Istirahat cukup dan jgn banyak begadang.

    Ga usah dipaksain kalo udah ga kuat melek, klo ga penting penting amat

    karena sesungguhnya ketika kita tidur banyak toksin / racun yang proses untuk dibuang.

    cuci muka trus minum kopi, tapi jangan kebanyakan minum kopi coz kalau kebanyakan gak baik buat kesehatan.

    Kalau masih ngatuk ya tidur aja...^^
