We have a 2003 Cadillac Deville. Yesterday it began dying when it is idling.?
We will crank it and it will cut out sometimes and when we are driving down the road we have to keep the foot on the gas while we brake. We tried pulling the battery cable and left it over night to reset the computer system but it did not work.
Thank you jester. My husband is going to do an oil change in the morning when it is cool (100 degrees on the driveway right now) and I am going to pick up a fuel filter to try when he does the oil change.

have you changed out the fuel filter? maybe it needs new plugs and wires
