Both lol :) Blue sea if you mean the real sparkly turquoise blue that they have in tropical pacific places, and blue sky if you mean the hot summer day cumulus(?) clouds and really bright blue sky. But overall, I suppose blue sea :-)

Blue Sky, sea is a water body and water has NO color, it reflects the blue color of sky, which appears blue due to diffraction of light by dust particles.

so technically it is blue sky.
