Why is the Obama Administration dumping our off shore drilling but investing 2 Billion dollars in Petrobra,?

Its amazing how birds of a feather flock together! They are not concerned about the environment or global warming like you think.... Its about agenda! Im getting the Overton Window! This is an agenda run government... we always put them there... My Vote counts?? I wonder where i heard that one before??? Oh, i dont vote liberal....or as elitist would say Centrist Dem....
