The super speed power is easy! In one of you're missions it says to go to lagoon and meet sandy well you meet sandy ther and then S-bob says I need to learn to do some tricks becayse I am the YELLOW AVENGER! Then sandy teaches you how to do super speed! Its a symbol like >.
