Is it possible to be a lesbian yet sometimes date guys?

If she is sexually attracted to guys as well as girls then she is technically bisexual, despite how she may perceive herself. Maybe she prefers to think of herself as a lesbian for some reason but still wants the freedom to explore with guys?

Labels are just labels but if an animal looks, acts and sounds like a horse, chances are it is (unless it's a zebra!).

I'm a lesbian, but I functioned perfectly happily with men. I enjoyed the sex, as long as it was a guy who knew what he was doing. I would never consider myself bisexual, though.

usually that's what girls say to a guy they're not really interested in. Then they say they sometimes date guys so that if you see her out with another guy you won't know she lied. Sometimes girls are too careful of a guy's feelings to just tell the truth, especially if they work with you because then they have to see you all the time.

I have a friend who is lesbian. I'm talking Rosie O' Donnell motorcycle gang lesbian. But she still bangs guys if she is horny. I don't get it, but I guess when she needs the kitty tickled she'll take whatever. She normally does this when she's drunk or under the influence of something else though.

well, not all but most gay and lesbian people have at one point or another dated the opposite sex. whether that be because they truly did not realize that they were gay yet or because they just liked the person, it's not that uncommon to see. if someone says they're gay, they are gay and it doesn't lessen their credibility as a homosexual just because they dated the opposite sex in the past.

Being gay isn't like a part-time job. Either you are or your straight or you're bisexual. She is bisexual.
