Where are the crowds?
Where are the crowds of the naive young people who chanted "Hope" and "Obama" a year ago? Why aren't many of them in front of the White House giving encouragement to the president? Why aren't they appearing at his numerous public events and cheering for him?

Very few of the young supporters actually cared about politics or even knew what this guy was about, they were more concerned about doing what was "cool" and at that time, it was voting for Obama.

Because of the media. The media is the driving force behind all that hype. All the hype actually. The media, when the elected are in, start dividing the people, not uniting. The only time a nation was 100% united, WWII started.

They are finally realising, like the Emperor and his new Clothes, that all has been delusion and misinformation, and very much like the Emperor Obama has been exposed for what he really is.

They are having what is called buyers remorse. It's similar to a giant hang over, where they are asking themselves, why in the hell did we listen to this clown.
