    USA , because although level with England on points and goal difference, more goals scored.

    That is the next criteria

    US wins the group on number of goals scored. Our 2-2 tie beats their 0-0 tie.

    U.S. "goal difference" is higher than England.

    I think they both move on and slovenia and algeria are eliminated
