Why does Miley Cyrus think that she's just going to get a new set of fans by changing her whole music?
Now in no way what so ever am I trying to bash on Miley Cyrus because this girl can do whatever she wants to do....but one thing I dont get is why she thinks she's going to appeal all of a sudden to adult fans when she had Hannah Montana show targeted for little girls! As a matter of fact, my little neice told me the other day that she seen Miley Cyrus dancing on a pole or something crazy like that. I dont get whatever she's doing...she's saying that she's growning up...but my thing is that if you are growing up, you shouldnt have to tell your audience that. It's like she's reassuring herself...and she's going to end up growing up too fast and really being "unable to be tamed"

In an interview she mentioned she wants to appeal and relate to girls her age. Who knows how this will work since most of her haters are her age.

Because, it worked for everyone else and it's working for her too. Britney did it, Christina did all major pop artists did it. To hate Miley for changing her image/sound as she grows up is just being hypocritical. And most of her fans have grown up with her.. and are now around her age. House of Blues was hundreds of fans all 18+ if you really think that she's going to lose her entire fanbase over this, then you're wrong because she's already way too famous. If anything she'll keep some fans, gain some new ones and lose the younger fans.

She is 17 years old she can't stay on Disney and continue entertaining little kids for the rest of her life. She's gonna be an adult pretty soon. She isn't a kid. I like her new album. I actually do think she is a decent entertainer. Maybe not the best but I consider her decent.
She's telling people she is growing up probably because people are harassing her. They won't let her do what she wants and everytime she does something they start cussing and making a big deal.

She is going to get an older age group of fans as well as keeping her older fans. She was a disney girl she used to do preppy little songs for the show but now she wants to speek out and tell EVERYONE that she is not a little kid anymore she is practically and adult. And alot of hte llittle kids i know who watched her show and loved her songs,still love her.
As for the pole she was holding on to it so she wouldnt fall off.

I agree with you but the reason she always says that is because of the millions of haters who wont leave her alone about that
