Straight up hydrogen peroxide & cold water. Pour peroxide directly on stain. Let bubble away. Repeat a few times if necessary, then wash in water as cold as possible (hot water will set blood into the fabric, cold will lift it out).

THREE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

1 NEVER NEVER USE HOT WATER on a blood stained cloth as it will cook the blood and will just help to set the stain permanently.

2 DO NOT DRY ON HIGH HEAT if any stains remain.

3 ALWAYS WET THE STAIN COMPLETELY - It's best to wash the stain when it is fresh and always use cold water. And if the stain is older then 24hrs then soak the stained cloth in cold water for at least an hour before you start your stain removal process.

TIPS TO REMOVE THE BLOOD STAINS OUT OF CLOTHES

MAGIC BY SHAMPOO Pour some amount of shampoo on the stain and then wet the cloth with cold water and scrub with any brush or your hands till the blood starts lifting or coming out. Keep scrubbing the area hard between your fists, with your palms facing each other. After the scrubbing soak the cloth for 2 hours and then wash it normally. If the stain still remains repeat the process.

MAGIC BY SALT Soak the cloth as soon as possible in cold water. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of salt to the cold water and keep changing the water until it is clear. In the end wash the cloth by using your regular washing detergent and remember not to dry on high heat.

HYDROGEN PEROXIDE Wet the stain with cold water. Take a bowl and fill it with hydrogen peroxide. Next try and put the stained area in the bowl and let it sit it for at least 15 20 minutes. After just remove the cloth from the bowl and wash normally with cold water. The stain will disappear easily and without using much effort.

VINEGAR You can use vinegar to remove blood stains quickly. Just apply the vinegar directly to the stain and blot. When the stain is removed, blot again with a damp cloth to remove the smell. In the end wash as usual with the cold water.

Get to the spots immediately, wash the clothes in cold water only, I use tide and spray and wash the spots, wear rubber gloves if your hands are sensitive, rub the stains with a soft brush or rub the stains together after spraying them with the spray & wash, make sure you soak them in cold water first. I put the washer on the longest setting/coldest setting and I also use white vinegar as a rinse believe it or not it leaves my clothes soft no static cling and they also last longer. A hint my grandmother gave me among other that really do work.

    Try this it does work.

Always use cold water for blood stains, you might need to let it soak over night and then wash the normal way.

Why don't you wear panty liners if you have this random bleeding??,it would save you a lot of trouble with blood in your clothes. You could even use soft tissues as liner.
